The five axes and their weights

Localisation carries the most weight because it is the thing every site in this market ranks on and none of them measures: a casino that cannot take a peso deposit from a Philippine wallet is not a Philippine casino, whatever its bonus says.
Why some casinos show no score
A score needs inputs. When we have not read a casino’s cashier, its terms and its licence entry, the honest score is none. A partial score would be worse: it would rank a casino we know little about against one we have tested, on the same scale. The review lists what is missing and the casino appears in our lists by what we do know — the offer we read, the rails we checked — until the score exists.
How lists are ordered
Scored casinos first, by score. Then casinos whose welcome offer we have read. Then casinos whose cashier we have read. Then the rest by name. A casino we refuse to link to goes last regardless, and the card says why. Commission does not enter the order at any step; the code that orders the list does not have access to it.
Lists such as fast withdrawal sort by the thing they are about (the shortest withdrawal time we could stand behind) and print the rule under the list.
Slots
Slots are not scored. A slot page records what the studio publishes — return-to-player per configuration, volatility, maximum win, mechanics — and marks each figure with where it came from and what it does not promise. Where a casino can choose between several return settings for the same game, the page says so, because that choice matters more than the headline figure.
When the method changes
Weights are versioned. A review shows the version its score was computed under and the date. If a weight changes, every score is recomputed and the change is recorded on this page with the date.
